BridgeWorks One™ ("we," "our," or "us") operates a transportation operations management platform for owner-operators and small fleets. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information about you when you use our services.

2. Information We Collect
Account Information
Name, email address, company name, phone number, and password when you create an account. DOT number and MC number if provided during onboarding.
Operational Data
Driver records (names, license information, compliance status), vehicle records (unit numbers, inspection dates, registration), dispatch records (load details, routes, delivery status), compliance documents, and audit logs generated by platform activity.
Usage & Analytics
Feature interactions, page views, session duration, and onboarding progress. This data is used to improve the platform and identify activation patterns. We do not sell analytics data.
Billing Information
Subscription plan, billing interval, and payment status. Payment card details are handled exclusively by our payment processor — we do not store full card numbers.
Communications
Support tickets, AI assistant conversations, and any messages you send to our team through the platform.
3. How We Use Your Information
Service Delivery: To provide, maintain, and improve the BridgeWorks One™ platform, including dispatching, compliance tracking, document management, and AI-powered features.
Compliance Support: To generate compliance alerts, audit-ready reports, and FMCSA deadline reminders based on your operational data.
Product Improvement: Aggregated, anonymized usage analytics help us prioritize features and improve the platform experience.
Communication: Transactional emails (account setup, billing), platform notifications, and support responses. You can manage notification preferences in Settings.
Legal & Safety: To comply with applicable law, respond to legal process, and protect the rights and safety of our users and platform.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. Ever.
We may share data with:
- Infrastructure Providers: Vercel (hosting) and Convex (database) as subprocessors, subject to their privacy policies.
- Payment Processor: Third-party payment processor for subscription billing. Card data never touches our servers.
- Legal Compliance: When required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of BridgeWorks One™ or its users.
Any third-party integrations you enable (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.) are governed by your authorization and those providers' own privacy policies.
5. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated data. We will comply within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements.
- Portability: Request an export of your operational data in a standard format (CSV/JSON).
- Opt-Out: Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. Transactional emails related to your account cannot be disabled.

6. Cookies & Analytics
BridgeWorks One™ uses minimal cookies required for authentication and session management. We use our own first-party analytics (stored in Convex) to track platform usage — we do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or other third-party trackers on the platform dashboard.
The public marketing site may use cookies for basic session management. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.
7. Data Retention
We retain account and operational data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, data is retained for 90 days before permanent deletion, giving you time to export. Audit logs are retained for 2 years for compliance purposes.
8. Children's Privacy
BridgeWorks One™ is a business platform and is not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy periodically. We'll notify you by email and in-app notification for material changes at least 14 days before they take effect. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
