Annual Inspection Due Date Tracker

Under 49 CFR § 396.17, all CMVs must receive a periodic inspection at least once every 12 months covering all items in Appendix G. Inspection records must be retained for 14 months. Operating a CMV with an expired annual inspection is an out-of-service violation under the North American Standard Out-of-Service Criteria.
